Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven *Business Development Associate/Manager* to drive hospital and clinic onboarding, lead generation, and relationship management across assigned territories. This is a *field sales* role focused on acquiring recent clients, pitching healthcare solutions, and growing our presence across key geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard *hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers* for our services
- Generate qualified leads through *cold visits, references, and local networking*
- Conduct *sales presentations, demos, and pitch customized solutions*
- Build and maintain long-term *relationships with decision-makers* at healthcare institutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent field activity
- Manage and expand presence within the assigned *territory or zone*
- Gather feedback from the market to improve offerings and services
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain updated reports of visits, leads, closures,



and customer interactions

Key Skills Required:

- Strong skills in *client acquisition*, *lead generation*, and *sales pitching*
- Prior experience in *hospital sales* / *healthcare marketing* is an advantage
- Proficiency in *B2B field sales* and *territory management*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- *Kannada-speaking* candidates preferred for local engagement
- High confidence, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
- Strong follow-up and closure orientation

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Graduation
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience preferred
- *Two-wheeler and valid driving license* mandatory for travel
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
