Role Overview

The Operations Executive at QBay Careers is responsible for applying for overseas job opportunities on behalf of candidates. The role focuses on job application processing, data management, and achieving daily application targets. Candidates with a technical background and strong computer proficiency are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply for overseas jobs on behalf of candidates through international job portals
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of job applications
- Customize and upload candidate profiles, resumes, and required details
- Maintain daily records of applications and candidate status
- Handle data accurately across multiple applications
- Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines




- Coordinate with internal teams for updates and process improvements
- Report daily progress to the Operations Manager / Process Manager

Skills & Requirements

- Technical background / prior experience in tech-related roles preferred
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email handling
- Good understanding of online systems and digital platforms
- Familiarity with online job portals is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
