About Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Career Specialist to join our team. The role primarily involves engaging with parents and students through tele-calling, guiding them on suitable online/offline learning platforms, and assisting them in enrolling for the right programs. The Career Specialist will be responsible for lead conversion, database management, and maintaining strong communication with prospective customers. This role demands strong sales orientation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

● Interact with parents and students through tele-calling and counseling sessions.

● Enroll students into online/offline learning platforms as per their requirements.

● Achieve weekly enrollment targets and deliverables.

● Follow up on leads generated via tele-calling and other activities; maintain proper records.

● Manage and update the database effectively.

● Convert assigned leads into enrollments through outbound, inbound, and follow-up calls. ● Collaborate with team members to maximize conversions and meet sales goals.





● Ensure excellent customer service to build long-term relationships with students/parents.

● Use CRM software and other tools to track and optimize student engagement.

Qualifications:

● Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

● 0–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar roles.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM tools, social media, and bulk email campaigns.

● Ability to organize and manage prospects/leads database effectively.

● Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English.

● A go-getter with discipline, self-motivation, and a passion for sales.

● Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results under pressure

● Quick learner with a growth-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
