DigitalVia Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are eager to build a career in Human Resources. This 45-day internship offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment cycle and core HR operations in a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Conduct telephonic screening interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support HR documentation and employee records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for recruitment requirements.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA (HR)



Completed or Pursuing
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
