Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, you ll support the design and delivery of integration components that connect Loan IQ with upstream and downstream systems. Responsibilities include developing REST APIs and messaging interfaces, building UI components and frontend frameworks, supporting code quality and peer reviews, collaborating with QA and BA/Product Owner, contributing to CI/CD and release processes, troubleshooting interface issues, and using Azure and AI-assisted development tools. Required experience includes 5+ years of backend development, Loan IQ integration knowledge, Java, Spring Boot, REST, Kafka/MQ, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, CI/CD tools, Azure services, serverless architecture, and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop APIs and integrations, build UI components, support code reviews, troubleshoot issues, contribute to CI/CD and Azure-based delivery.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system scalability.
- Mentor and support team members to foster qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Loan IQ, Kafka.
- Should have experience on Loan IQ, Java, Spring Boot, REST, Kafka/MQ, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Azure, CI/CD, AI-assisted development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Skilled in integrating diverse systems and managing software delivery pipelines.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- The candidate should be willing to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
