Job Summary
The Marketing Associate supports the planning and execution of marketing activities to increase brand awareness, promote services, generate leads, and improve customer engagement. The role involves coordinating campaigns, managing digital marketing activities, organizing events, and preparing marketing reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media and email marketing.
- Create and update promotional materials, brochures, and presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support branding and advertising initiatives.
- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events (for hospitals).
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Assist in lead generation and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with organizational policies and branding guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MBA (Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Experience in healthcare/hospital marketing is an advantage.
