Your role:
Create effective sourcing strategies with the Talent Acquisition team
Recruitment, Offer / Appointment letter issuance
Conduct recent hire induction and coordination of On-Job training
Requirement :
2 – 5 years of experience in recruitment
Good communication skills
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) with major experience in IT and Non IT requirements.
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
