Senior Architect

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Architect to join our growing architecture team. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects from concept design through construction documentation and execution while mentoring junior team members and ensuring project quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design development and project execution across multiple projects.
- Manage and oversee project teams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare and review concept designs, working drawings, construction documents, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits, site studies, and monitor project progress during execution.
- Review project proposals, technical documentation, and design deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring efficient resource allocation and project coordination.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and designers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.




- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of Revit (preferred).
- Excellent presentation, graphic communication, and design development skills.
- Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, NBC, and UDCPR.
- Robust project management, coordination, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
