Key Responsibilities

- Research and track proposal-based opportunities, including Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Expressions of Interest (EoIs) across government, institutional, and other relevant platforms
- Evaluate opportunities based on eligibility criteria, scope, timelines, and strategic alignment
- Prepare concise research summaries, briefing notes, and background documents for leadership review
- Assist in drafting, compiling, and reviewing technical and non-technical proposals
- Ensure adherence to proposal guidelines, formats, and submission requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required inputs, data, and documentation
- Maintain structured records of opportunities, submissions, and outcomes
- Support follow-ups, clarifications,



and post-submission documentation and analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong research and analytical capabilities
- Solid research, analytical, and documentation skills
- Good written communication skills (verbal communication can be developed on the job)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and online research tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
