Educational Qualification

Essential:

M.A. in English with First Class from a recognized university.

- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education).
- M.Ed. (Master of Education).

Experience

- Minimum 0–3 years of teaching experience in Polytechnic/Engineering & Other Institutions.
- Freshers with excellent academic records may also apply.
- Experience in outcome-based education, communication skills training, and soft skills development will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English and Communication Skills courses to diploma students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and question papers.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and language laboratory activities.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Develop students' communication, presentation, and employability skills.
- Mentor and counsel students regarding academic and career development.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and departmental documentation.




- Participate in curriculum development and academic improvement activities.
- Assist in accreditation, inspection, and compliance work (AICTE/SBTE).
- Organize seminars, workshops, literary activities, and personality development programs.
- Participate in examination duties, admissions, placements, and institutional activities.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Principal or Head of Department.
