Job Summary
SML Solar Solutions is looking for experienced Welders to join our rooftop solar installation team. The candidate will be responsible for welding and fixing MS structures for rooftop solar projects while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform welding for rooftop solar mounting structures.
* Install and fix MS structures at project sites.
* Read and understand basic fabrication drawings.
* Ensure proper alignment and quality of welded joints.
* Follow all site safety procedures and use PPE.
* Coordinate with the installation team to complete projects on time.
Requirements
* Experience in rooftop welding and solar structure fixing.
* Good knowledge of MS fabrication and welding techniques.
* Ability to work safely at heights.
* Familiarity with welding tools and equipment.
* Physically fit and willing to travel to project sites.
* Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in rooftop solar projects.
* Knowledge of safety standards for construction sites.
* Ability to complete work within deadlines.
