We are looking for a Project Engineer to manage and execute solar projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordination between design, procurement, and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute solar projects from planning to commissioning
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams
- Plan site activities, manpower, and material requirements
- Monitor project timelines, quality, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits and supervise installation work
- Handle client communication and provide regular project updates
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure proper documentation and project closure
Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in project execution (solar preferred)
- Solid project management and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of solar systems and installation processes
- Willingness to travel to project sites
Preferred
- Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects
- Knowledge of safety standards and site execution practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹11,994.93 - ₹60,000.00 per month
