Job Summary: Surraj Bar & Restaurant is urgently hiring a skilled Multi-Cuisine Chef for its reopening. The candidate should be able to independently handle Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor sections, maintain food quality, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor dishes as per restaurant standards.

Manage kitchen operations during service hours.

Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.

Control food costs and minimize wastage.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Assist in menu planning and recipe standardization.

Coordinate with management and kitchen staff.

Requirements:





Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi-cuisine restaurant.

Strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisine.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Immediate joiners preferred.
