Better Ledger Inc. is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor & Xero Certified accounting firm serving US and Canadian small businesses and CPA firms. We're hiring a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to build and fuel our sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

- Identify and prospect target accounts (US/Canada small businesses and CPA firms) on LinkedIn
- Build and manage outreach campaigns — connection requests, InMail, follow-up sequences
- Research prospects and personalize messaging to drive response rates
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM/pipeline records with accurate lead status
- Track and report weekly metrics: connections sent, response rate, meetings booked, pipeline generated
- Collaborate with the founder and sales team to refine targeting and messaging

What We're Looking For





- Proven experience with LinkedIn-based lead generation or B2B outreach (bookkeeping/accounting/professional services experience a plus)
- Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and outreach automation
- Robust written English — able to write outreach that gets replies, not ignored
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and consistent with daily outreach volume
- Comfortable with night shift, onsite at Rohini Sector 3

Qualifications

- 1–3 years in lead generation, sales development, or similar outbound role
- Track record of hitting outreach/pipeline targets
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation: Based on experience and interview performance
