Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, creative, and media-savvy graduates who are passionate about digital entertainment, OTT platforms, and social media. This internship provides hands-on exposure to content strategy, audience engagement, creator collaborations, and OTT operations.

Key Responsibilities.

Research trends in OTT, microdrama, web series, and short-form content.

- Monitor social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook for emerging trends.
- Assist in content planning and creative brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and prepare market research reports.
- Coordinate with content creators, production teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Write captions, content descriptions, and promotional copy.
- Assist with social media campaigns and audience engagement.
- Review app content and provide quality feedback on user experience.
- Support content uploads, metadata management, and content categorization.
- Generate ideas to improve user engagement and content discovery.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in BMM, BAMMC, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates (2025/2026) or final-year students are encouraged to apply.




- Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to work from our Andheri West office.

Required Skills

- Strong interest in OTT platforms, films, web series, and digital entertainment.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an added advantage.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
