Hiring Senior Executive – Purchase

We are seeking a Senior Executive - Purchase to join our procurement team and elevate sourcing strategy within the dynamic world of luxury furniture.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable domestic and international suppliers for wood, veneers, fabrics, leather, hardware, stone, metals, and upholstery materials

- Conduct vendor audits, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and MOQs to achieve best commercial outcomes

- Build long-term relationships with premium vendors, artisans, and global mills aligned with luxury positioning

- Raise POs, track deliveries, and ensure OTIF - On Time In Full - supply to production and retail teams

- Monitor inventory levels in coordination with PPC & Stores to prevent stock-outs or overstocking

- Drive cost-saving initiatives through value engineering, alternate sourcing, and consolidation without affecting quality

- Coordinate with QC and Product Development to ensure all incoming materials meet Stanley’s aesthetic and durability benchmarks

- Ensure compliance with FSC, REACH, CARB, and other sustainability/regulatory norms for imported materials

- Manage documentation for imports, customs,



and vendor certification

- Track commodity price trends, forex impact, and global supply chain risks for key materials

- Prepare MIS reports on purchase cost, vendor performance, savings achieved, and lead time analysis

- Support new product launches by sourcing unique materials within design and budget constraints

Requirements:

- Education: BE or Any Graduate or Postgraduate

- Experience: minimum 5-6 years of experience in factory purchase, with proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to drive change and innovation in supply chain operations.

Working days: Mon -Fri
