No prior experience? No problem! Freshers are welcome, and complete training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate with clients and artists regarding casting opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
- Build positive relationships with clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance goals.

Requirements

- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Punjabi preferred).




- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
