We’re Hiring: Accounts & Finance Executive

Experience Required: 2–4 years

Chopra’s Designs is looking for a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, documentation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records

* Handle invoicing, billing, receipts, payments, and expense entries

* Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance documentation

* Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations

* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

* Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements

* Prepare monthly financial reports and statements

* Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments





* Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies

* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information

Required Skills

* Solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and taxation

* Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software

* Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and coordination abilities

* Honest, responsible, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
