Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Site Engineer position based in Kotla Barog Tehsil, Pachhad Distt. Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh. The role involves overseeing construction projects, managing on-site activities, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. The Senior Site Engineer will collaborate with Civil Engineers, lead quality control measures, and communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include monitoring progress, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in on-site project management and coordination
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and various stakeholders
- Expertise in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to construction standards and regulations
- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC)
- BIM Coordination & Clash Detection
- Overseeing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), material reconciliation, and subcontractor billing to ensure 100% accuracy in financial reporting
- In-depth knowledge of Structural and Civil Engineering principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Capability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Experience with HPPWD building projects is an advantage
