Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries from prospective clients interested in slimming, weight loss, and wellness services.
- Explain clinic treatments, packages, and programs clearly and confidently over the phone.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable slimming or wellness solutions.
- Convert leads into clinic visits, consultations, and program enrollments.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls, messages, and reminders to maximize conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or manual registers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with front desk executives, counsellors, and clinic managers to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
- Handle basic client queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and represent the clinic brand positively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
