Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end underwriting activities for Non-Motor insurance products.
- Prepare and float RFQs (Request for Quotations) to multiple insurance companies.
- Obtain, compare, and negotiate quotations with insurers to provide the best solutions for clients.
- Evaluate client requirements, risk profiles, and policy terms before recommending coverage.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for underwriting approvals, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and quotations.
- Ensure timely follow-up with insurers and internal stakeholders for pending quotations and policy servicing.
- Prepare comparison sheets and present the most suitable insurance options to the sales team and clients.




- Maintain MIS and underwriting records accurately.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal company processes.
- Support the sales team with technical underwriting assistance and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and internal teams.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Non-Motor insurance products (Property, Marine, Engineering, Liability, Group Health, Group Personal Accident, etc.).
- Experience in RFQ preparation and quotation comparison.
- Good understanding of underwriting guidelines and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
