- - Develop a basic understanding of product design and its application in manufacturing.
- Acquire familiarity with diesel engines and associated peripheral systems used in DG sets.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to support assembly and inspection activities.
- Work closely with the assembly team to guide and ensure proper assembly sequence.
- Support plant quality team in basic inspection and dimensional measurement activities.
- Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders including engineering, assembly, and quality teams.
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Experience and Skills Required:
- - Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience:
0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with basic technical knowledge can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of product design principles.
- Fundamental understanding of diesel engine systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measurement tools and inspection practices.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proactive, positive attitude toward problem-solving and learning.
