Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, workflows, and reports.
- Build custom applications and business solutions using Zoho Creator.
- Develop automation using Deluge Script.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Configure workflows, approval processes, blueprints, and automation rules.
- Design custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and implement CRM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications.
- Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of CRM solutions.
- Ensure data security, user permissions, and system performance.
- Provide technical support and training to end users.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM customization and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho Creator.
- Proficiency in Deluge Scripting.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript,



and SQL.
- Understanding of CRM concepts and business workflows.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Zoho CRM/Zoho Creator development.
- Zoho certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, or Zoho People.
- Experience integrating payment gateways, email services, WhatsApp APIs, or other business applications.
- Knowledge of cloud-based CRM and business process automation.

Pay: ₹17,816.11 - ₹59,426.84 per month
