Ø Major Responsibilities

- Responsible for achieving sales in the region
- Co – ordinate with General Manager – Sales & Marketing for achieving targets
- To identify new opportunities & introduce new products
- Key Account Management
- Large Contracts
- Monitor & measure his/her team
- Lead, motivate and build/develop team
- Advance signing of recertification contracts

Ø Roles & Responsibilities for HSE –

- Must comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations
- To comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable
- To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others
- Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers
- Sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects




- Responsible for compliances of all applicable statutory laws and regulations as well as Group HSSE policies and procedures etc. in relation to Health, security, safety and environment and workmen employment
- Responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the HSSE Management System (in line with ISO14001:2015 & ISO 45001 standards) within his/ her Region/Location/Team
- Responsible to take reasonable care on health and safety of their own, colleagues and others working surroundings
- Responsible to report promptly to immediate superior on any abnormalities and incidents found related to Health, Security, Safety and Setting

Ø Qualification and Experience

- Any / Engineering Graduate
- An MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
- 05 years of experience in the field of sales & marketing
