- We are seeking a highly skilled Omniverse Digital Twin Architect to design build and optimize advanced industrial digital twins using NVIDIA Omniverse OpenUSD AI ML pipelines and real time simulation frameworks
- The ideal candidate will work in alignment with Agile DevOps workflows take full ownership of user story driven deliverables and collaborate closely with robotics automation and manufacturing engineering teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Twin Architecture Platform Deployment
- Architect deploy and maintain NVIDIA Omniverse based platforms for digital twin creation simulation and real time visualization
- Build interactive physics based digital twins of factories machines and industrial processes
- Optimize Omniverse environments for performance scalability and security
- AI Simulation Generative Automation
- Integrate AI ML and Generative AI models to enable predictive analytics workflow optimization and intelligent automation
- Use Omniverse Blueprints to design and refine AI driven factory and manufacturing workflows
- Develop AI enabled space planning layout optimization and workflow automation tools using Omniverse extensions and AI powered search
- Robotics Virtual Commissioning
- Collaborate with robotics and automation teams to support virtual testing path planning and system validation
- Optimize robot trajectories and operations using AI enhanced simulations for improved efficiency and safety
- Interoperability System Integration
- Ensure seamless data flow between CAD PLM ERP and IoT systems using OpenUSD and Omniverse Connectors
- Aggregate 3D engineering models and IoT sensor streams into unified simulation environments
- Enable cross platform data interoperability across enterprise and shop floor systems
- Security Compliance DevOps
- Implement secure data handling and streaming workflows across physical and digital systems
- Ensure compliance with industry cybersecurity and data governance standards
- Work within Agile and DevOps based delivery frameworks executing tasks aligned to user stories features and sprint objectives
Technical Requirements:
- Hands on expertise with NVIDIA Omniverse including Kit Isaac Sim OpenUSD and ecosystem tools
- Solid understanding of AI ML pipelines simulation driven training and Generative AI models
- Experience with industrial automation robotics systems or virtual commissioning workflows
- Proficiency in Python and or C for Omniverse extension development
- Proficiency in 3D data interoperability CAD PLM integrations and real time visualization technologies
- Solid understanding of real time physics simulation and industrial process modeling
- Ability to collaborate in multi disciplinary engineering teams and deliver in Agile DevOps environments
