Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Job Time: 10 am - 7 pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Brand Visual Identity: Own and evolve smmart’s visual brand language across all platforms; ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.
- Campaign Design: Lead end-to-end creative design for marketing campaigns, event promotions, social media posts, emailers, web banners, and digital ads.
- Print & Collateral Design: Produce high-quality print materials including brochures, flyers, reports, standees, certificates, and event kits; prepare production-ready files for vendors.
- Presentations & Pitch Decks: Design impactful, data-rich presentations and pitch decks for leadership, client pitches, and program deliveries.
- Social Media Creatives: Create platform-optimised visuals for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube — following current design trends and platform specifications.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and review work of junior designers; provide constructive creative feedback and build the team’s design capabilities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, content, sales, and leadership teams to align visual communication with business messaging and campaign goals.
- Vendor & Print Coordination:



Liaise with printers, fabricators, and creative agencies to ensure quality output for events and campaigns.
- File Management & Delivery: Maintain organised design asset libraries, version control, and ensure timely delivery of production-ready files within deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field — Mandatory.

- Post-Graduate Diploma or Master’s in Design / Communication — Preferred.

- Minimum 4–8 years of professional graphic design experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

- Solid, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.

- Proven experience leading or mentoring a design team.

- Prior experience in a creative agency, media company, ed-tech, or corporate marketing setup is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel for events and on-ground activations as required.
