Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

About the Role
Amplifying Care Team Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will speak with potential customers, understand their internet needs, explain available plans and services, and help customers complete their orders.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persuasive, organized, and able to explain internet services in simple and friendly terms.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales calls, chats, and emails from potential customers
- Make outbound follow-up calls to leads
- Understand customer internet needs and recommend the best solution
- Explain plans, pricing, devices, setup process, billing, and policies clearly
- Help customers complete orders accurately
- Handle objections related to pricing, coverage, reliability, and competitors
- Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-ups in company systems
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Collaborate with support, billing, shipping, and activation teams
- Stay updated on product and pricing changes

Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Ability to build trust quickly with customers
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
- Ability to explain technical services in simple language
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced office environment
- Basic understanding of internet service, Wi-Fi, routers, or home networking
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM preferred

Preferred Experience

- 2+ years in sales, customer service, call center sales, or technical sales
- Experience selling internet, telecom, wireless services, subscriptions, or home services
- Familiarity with CRM, chat, phone, or ticketing platforms
- Experience working with rural customers, RV owners, or remote workers is a plus
