HIRING ALERT – GeM Portal Executive / Sr. Executive

Mikado Engineers is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as GeM Portal Executive / Sr. Executive.

Location: Punjab (Head Office) Zirakpur
Department: Sales & Government Business
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage end-to-end operations on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal
✅ Product listing, catalog management, and account maintenance
✅ Identify and participate in relevant GeM tenders and bids
✅ Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids within timelines
✅ Handle BOQ-based bids, reverse auctions, and direct purchase orders
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, and compliance
✅ Track bid status, order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
✅ Maintain MIS reports and tender records
✅ Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and government procurement norms

Desired Candidate Profile:





✔ 1-3 years of experience in GeM Portal operations and tender management
✔ Strong knowledge of GeM bidding, BOQ, reverse auction, and documentation
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✔ Experience in industrial products, engineering, electrical, or construction segments will be preferred
