Role

- Conduct cluster assessments, feasibility studies, and market analysis for agriculture and allied sector enterprises.
- Identify potential commodities, enterprise opportunities, and scalable business models for value chain strengthening and market-oriented enterprise development.
- Support identification and strengthening of high-potential CLFs, SHGs, PGs, and FPCs for cluster-focused enterprise promotion and digital market integration.
- Prepare business plans, DPRs, financial projections, and enterprise growth strategies covering operations, procurement, aggregation, branding, marketing, and sustainability.
- Develop SOPs, operational systems, and governance mechanisms for production, quality assurance, processing, aggregation, and value chain management.
- Provide field-level handholding support to enterprises and producer collectives for implementation of business plans and strengthening of business operations.




- Facilitate market and digital commerce linkages including onboarding on e-marketplace platforms such as Umed Mart and linkages with institutional buyers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Support product branding, packaging improvement, catalogue development, and identification of products with higher market and export potential.
- Build partnerships with financial institutions, buyers, technology providers, and government departments and facilitate convergence with relevant schemes and programs.
- Design and facilitate capacity-building programs, enterprise management trainings, and business development sessions for CLF leaders, SHGs, producer groups, and business facilitators.
- Coordinate with district and block-level stakeholders for effective implementation, monitoring, reporting, and documentation of project activities.

Qualifications

Post-Graduate degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business Management, Rural Management, Agricultural Economics, or related discipline.
