Frameboxx is one of India's leading institutes for Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Gaming, and Digital Media education. We are looking for a responsible and organized Accounts Executive to support our day-to-day accounts and student administration activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily cash transactions, generate fee receipts, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and update MIS reports, student records, and other administrative data.
- Allocate batches to students based on their enrolled courses and maintain batch schedules.
- Coordinate with students and parents regarding fee payments, feedback, and general support.
- Monitor student attendance, follow up with absentee students, and ensure regular class participation.
- Work closely with the academic and counselling teams to ensure smooth operations and timely course completion.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of accounting and cash handling.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
Eligibility:
- Freshers or Minimum 1 - 2+ years of experience in Accounts, Administration, or Student Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in an educational institute will be an added advantage.
