1. Teaching Responsibilities

- Design and deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials.
- Prepare course materials such as syllabi, assignments, and handouts.
- Conduct assessments, exams, and provide timely feedback to students.
- Use modern pedagogical tools and techniques to enhance student learning.

2. Research and Scholarship

- Conduct original research in their area of specialization.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Seek research funding and grants from internal and external sources.
- Supervise student research projects and theses (undergraduate/graduate).

3. Student Mentorship

- Provide academic advising and career counseling to students.
- Mentor students in academic and professional development.
- Support students’ participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

4. Curriculum and Academic Development

- Participate in the development and revision of academic programs.




- Ensure the curriculum meets current academic and industry standards.
- Collaborate with faculty in program planning and improvement.

5. Administrative Responsibilities

- Serve on departmental and institutional committees.
- Assist in organizing academic events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Participate in accreditation and quality assurance processes.

6. Community and Skilled Engagement

- Engage with the academic community through conferences and collaborations.
- Maintain membership and involvement in relevant professional bodies.
- Contribute to outreach programs and community development initiatives.

7. Continuous Professional Development

- Stay current with advances in their field through continued education and training.
- Attend professional development workshops and courses.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
