Key Responsibilities

- Create and schedule social media content.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop content calendars.
- Host and present real estate property walkthrough videos.
- Create engaging video content for social media platforms.
- Explain project features, amenities, pricing, and location benefits in a clear and engaging manner.
- Conduct interviews with company representatives, clients, and channel partners.
- Prepare and deliver scripts with confidence and professionalism.
- Coordinate with the marketing and video production teams during shoots.
- Stay updated with real estate trends and social media content formats.
- Maintain a qualified on-camera appearance and presentation style.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor trends and create engaging campaigns.
- Track performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams.
- Prepare monthly performance reports.
