Key Responsibilities

Conduct extensive online research across platforms such as:

Professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn)

Developer platforms (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow)

Academic databases, forums, and publications

Identify and build targeted talent pipelines / data sets based on specific criteria

Extract and validate contact details, profiles, and relevant insights

Perform boolean search and advanced search techniques to uncover hidden data

Collaborate with recruiters / business teams to understand research requirements

Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and compliance with privacy standards

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
