We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our hotel sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build strong corporate and travel partnerships. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the hospitality industry with a strong network in corporate sales, travel agents, and event business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets (Rooms, Banquet, Events, F&B;)
- Generate corporate leads and maintain long-term client relationships
- Handle MICE, group bookings, and banquet sales
- Build and manage partnerships with travel agents, OTAs, and corporate clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets




- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

- 5–8+ years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
- Strong network in corporate and event segments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Knowledge of OTA platforms and CRM tools is an added advantage
