- Respond to and resolve guest repair requests, ensuring little to no supervision.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all hotel equipment and machinery, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Ensure the continuous and normal operation of the hotel's power, water, gas, and HVAC systems.
- Adhere to safety regulations, assist with fire system management, and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Maintain the maintenance inventory and requisition necessary parts and supplies.
