Role Overview

We are looking for ambitious, target-driven, and consultative Career Counselors who can guide working professionals in making informed career decisions and help them choose the right upskilling path based on their goals, experience, and aspirations.

This is not a traditional sales role. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding career challenges, identifying skill gaps, and recommending appropriate career transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities Career Consultation

- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with prospective learners.
- Understand candidate backgrounds, career goals, challenges, and aspirations.
- Recommend suitable programs based on individual career objectives.
- Help candidates understand industry trends and future opportunities.

Lead Management

- Manage inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture leads through the decision-making process.
- Ensure timely updates in CRM systems.

Program Advisory

- Explain program curriculum, learning methodology, mentorship structure, and career outcomes.




- Address candidate concerns and objections professionally.
- Assist candidates in selecting the most relevant learning path.

Enrollment & Conversion

- Drive admissions and revenue targets.
- Conduct onboarding and enrollment discussions.
- Coordinate with operations and learner success teams for smooth onboarding.

Market Intelligence

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, hiring trends, and salary benchmarks.
- Understand evolving job market requirements in Cloud, AI, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, and DevOps.

Required Skills Must-Have

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultative selling abilities.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with working professionals.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Valuable understanding of career counseling and learner psychology.
- CRM handling experience.

Preferred

- Experience in EdTech counseling.
- Knowledge of IT industry roles and career transitions.
- Experience working with professionals from IT, Non-IT, and Engineering backgrounds.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
