You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of software applications, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to end-users.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Familiarity with system integration and data flow management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in EPIC Systems.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
