We are hiring a results-driven Store Manager to oversee operations and drive sales growth at our Chennai outlet.

Job Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, leading the team, handling customers, ensuring service quality, and driving revenue growth through in-store sales and digital lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Align daily tasks and responsibilities with showroom employees
- Conduct daily team briefings / meetings
- Handle customer interactions and ensure smooth vehicle delivery
- Oversee and coordinate the operations
- Increase in-store sales and revenue performance
- Follow up on digital marketing leads and convert them into customers
- Improve add-on services and accessories sales
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Monitor staff performance and productivity
- Ensure operational discipline and showroom presentation

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Store Management / Outlet Management
- Experience in automobile detailing Industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Experience in lead follow-up and customer conversion
- Ability to manage operations independently

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of car detailing services (foam wash, Int & Ext Detailing, ceramic coating, PPF & Sun Film)
- Basic understanding of digital lead management
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,075.26 - ₹40,082.97 per month
