Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager who can independently drive and manage multiple technology projects andengineering teams.The ideal candidate should have grown from Technical Lead /Engineering Lead roles into Delivery Management and should be capable of handling end-to-end project execution, team coordination, client communication, delivery governance, operational monitoring and team coordination skills with proven experience in multinational companies.This role requires strong ownership, leadership, accountability, and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams including development, QA, support, and operations.
- Ensure successful execution and delivery of client projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Handle resource planning, utilization, and team performance management.
- Identify and resolve delivery challenges, escalations, and bottlenecks.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with organizational standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support process improvements and delivery optimization initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee technical projects from initiation to completion.




- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze technical requirements and provide effective solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

- Proven experience in technical management or project leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of technical operations, systems, and infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
