Job description:

Architect – Job Description (Junior to Senior Level) -

Only Pune-based candidates should apply.

A. Key Responsibilities

- Perform design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings, and fully detailed drawings for architectural, structural, and mechanical works associated with building construction projects.
- Prepare and review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to the project.
- Develop architectural details, sections, and drawings, ensuring design intent, accuracy, and quality at all stages.
- Coordinate and scrutinize structural, services, working, sales, and brochure drawings for design consistency and compliance.
- Prepare all drawings, documents, and submissions required for approvals, NOCs, and sanctions from government and statutory authorities.
- Liaise and coordinate with government authorities, local bodies, and approval consultants to ensure timely approvals and statutory compliance.
- Lead, guide, and manage the architectural design team, including task allocation, mentoring, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met.
- Ensure end-to-end coordination between Site Supervisors, consultants, contractors, and the internal Design team.
- Develop design documents to initiate and modify architectural, interior design,



and space planning solutions.
- Provide finish selections including colour palettes, wall and floor finishes, lighting concepts, and other interior specifications.
- Prepare and coordinate schedules, specifications, design reports, and design presentations.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, by-laws, statutory regulations, and project standards.

B. Eligibility & Competencies

- B.Arch / M.Arch with 0 to 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience in Hospital projects only is mandatory.
- Proven ability to lead and manage architectural teams effectively.
- Strong exposure to coordination with government authorities and approval processes.
- Excellent design sense with strong aesthetic judgment, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance design excellence, functionality, statutory compliance, and project constraints.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, etc.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
