Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Prepare detailed HVAC estimations, BOQs, costing, and techno-commercial proposals.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients, consultants, and architects.
- Prepare accurate project costing, pricing, and quotation submissions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close orders while maintaining target margins.
- Coordinate with design, projects, procurement, and service teams for smooth project handover.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales MIS reports, pipeline forecasts, order booking reports, and ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and HVAC estimation software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.

Pay:



₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
