Position: ETP/STP/WTP Operator
Location: Bhiwandi, Maharastra
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: B.Sc or ITI with relevant experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated ETP/STP/WTP Operator with 2–3 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Water Treatment Plants (WTP). The candidate should have sound knowledge of plant operations, water quality monitoring, chemical dosing, and routine maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor ETP, STP, and WTP systems as per SOPs.
- Monitor process parameters such as pH, DO, MLSS, TSS, COD, BOD, turbidity, and residual chlorine.
- Perform chemical dosing and optimize treatment processes.
- Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance of pumps, blowers, valves, filters, clarifiers, and other equipment.
- Maintain daily logbooks, operation reports, and chemical consumption records.




- Collect water and sludge samples for laboratory analysis.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with pollution control board norms and safety procedures.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and hygiene in the plant area.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of ETP, STP, and WTP operation.
- Basic understanding of RO, UF, PSF, ACF, softener, clarifier, and aeration systems.
- Knowledge of water quality testing and laboratory procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot operational problems.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and reporting).

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
