Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Engineer with 5–6 years of IT experience, including 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, ITSM module configuration, workflow automation, production support, and ITIL-based service management.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow ITSM applications.

Manage Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.

Configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Notifications, ACLs, and Update Sets.

Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Participate in platform upgrades, releases, and enhancements.

Automate workflows and maintain Service Catalog items.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Ensure ITIL compliance and support continuous service improvements.
