Job Description

Employees working in this position shall be having the following JR

1. Data Entry work WRT JSM Software products
2. Data Entry work WRT Client data in JSM Software Products
3. Emailing
4. MIS
5. Coordination with JSM Clients
6. Coordination with JSM Development and Testing team.
7. Coordination with JSM HR Team.
8. Coordination with vendors
9. Coordination with Potential Clients
10. Data Porting – Client Employee Data Porting into JSM Software.
11. Sales data entry into JSM Software.
12. Invoices data entry
13. Expense Bills data entry.
14. Filing

Skill Set Desired

1. Excel
2. Power point
3. Outlook
4. Excellent spoken and written English Skills
5. Organizational Skills.
6. Time Management Skills
7. Typing Skills

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Education – Any Bachelors or Master’s Degree. Preference is an education in Computer applications.
2. Experience – 1 to 4 years’ experience
3. Desired soft skills – Commitment, dependability, team work, Consistency, Ability to withstand pressure on tight deadline projects, Punctuality, Disciplined, Ethical behaviour, delivering as per client deadlines.

Selection Process

Round 1 - Initial HR Round




Round 2 - Face to Face – Technical Round
Round 3 – Final Top Management Interview
Round 4 – Final HR Round and Finalisation of Employment terms and conditions.
