- Location: SEEPZ, Andheri
- Skills: Develop and execute pricing strategies to align with business objectives by analyzing market trends and pricing data.
- Integrating pricing analysis during the product design phase to meet financial targets and reduce later revisions by making adjustments to avoid rework. Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing queries with the CEO, providing strategic insights.
- Establish clear communication channels to track and review pricing-related updates and inquiries daily for timely responses.
- Facilitate a seamless transition of responsibilities for effectively managing the Pricing, Information, and Warranty (PIW) of all gem customers.
- Communicate directly with customers for pricing, to set overall margins.
- Develop and maintain a system to track, report, and update pricing structures for stakeholders and clients.




- Manage SAP data accurately and update to maintain cost, sale, and customer-wise Dia PPC.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals, set transparent objectives, provide feedback for improvement, and recognize team achievements promptly.
- Foster respect and communication. Build teams, recognize achievements, resolve conflicts quickly and fairly, and create work-life balance and employee engagement retention initiatives.
- Provide appropriate training to fill skill gaps, support ongoing learning and professional progress, set measurable goals, and mentor team members to knowledge-sharing.
- Educational Qualifications: UG/Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role
