Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Filter and qualify potential leads.
- Maintain an updated list of prospects.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Book physical or online meetings with prospects.
- Coordinate schedules and send meeting confirmations.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships.
- Communication:
- Engage with potential clients to discuss our services.
- Provide accurate information about our digital marketing and IT services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience:




- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, specifically in the digital marketing and IT sectors.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Familiarity with IT services and terminology.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
