Job Summary

SSPS Global Private Limited is looking for a Store Executive to manage inventory, material movement, and store operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a manufacturing environment. Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inward and outward movement of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Receive, issue, and organize materials in the store.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Production teams for material availability.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Prepare and maintain GRNs, material issue records, and store documentation.
- Update inventory records in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling,



and housekeeping of the store.

Requirements

- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software is an added advantage.
