The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates from various platforms, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions with high-quality profiles. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to the company’s recruitment policies and procedures.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize LinkedIn, CV search engines, social media, and other industry-specific sources to find suitable candidates.
- Develop and execute sourcing plans based on open positions.
- Interviewing and Evaluation:
- Conduct interviews using prepared questionnaires.
- Assess candidates' skills and qualifications in relation to the job requirements.
- Understand the role documents and competencies for each hiring role.
- CV Screening:
- Screen CVs to shortlist candidates that meet the job criteria.
- Plan and implement sourcing strategies to achieve a 90% quality profile target.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate daily and monthly recruitment reports.
- Analyze recruitment data to understand source conversion rates.
- Adjust sourcing strategies based on conversion rate analysis to improve recruitment outcomes.
