Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and other beverages according to MARQ standards.
- Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality service during peak club hours.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar at all times.
- Monitor bar inventory and inform management about stock requirements.
- Handle cash/POS transactions accurately when required.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in every drink served.
- Interact professionally with guests and recommend beverages based on their preferences.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with all legal and safety guidelines.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily bar setup procedures.
- Work closely with the floor team and management to deliver a seamless nightlife experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience in a club, lounge, premium bar, or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and mixology.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.




- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced nightlife workplace.
- Positive attitude, professional grooming, and team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and bar hygiene practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in Bartending or Hospitality is an added advantage.
- Experience with flair bartending or craft cocktails is preferred.
- Knowledge of beverage costing and stock control will be a plus.
