- A chef with solid hands-on experience in Continental cuisine (appetizers, mains, sauces, grills, pastas, etc.).
- Someone who is disciplined, reliable, and consistent in work.
- Ability to run a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen section.
- Strong sense of flavor, plating, and presentation at an international standard.
- A professional who respects kitchen discipline, timing, and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Continental dishes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
- Create and innovate current dishes when required.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols with zero compromise.

Requirements





- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Continental cuisine.
- Deep knowledge of sauces, grilling, pasta, European classics, and contemporary plating.
- A disciplined and committed work ethic.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain standards at all times.
